Baitul Ridwan Mosque at NHM Jakarta Office Hosts Mosque Management Training for Penjaringan Subdistrict


The Baitul Ridwan Mosque, located at the PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals (NHM) Jakarta Office, organized a training session to enhance the skills of mosque management (DKM) committees. The event, held on Friday, December 6, 2024, welcomed 30 representatives from various mosques in the Penjaringan Subdistrict.

Themed “Towards Prosperous, Independent, and Service-Oriented Mosques,” the training was a collaborative effort between the mosque and KH. Karyudi Muhammad, Chair of the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) for Penjaringan Subdistrict. It featured expert speakers, including KH. Ma’mun Al Ayyubi, Chair of DMI Jakarta Province, KH. Karyudi Muhammad, and the Baitul Ridwan Mosque Team.

Participants engaged enthusiastically with the program, which offered practical, hands-on guidance. The content was designed to be simple and actionable, enabling attendees to immediately apply the insights to their respective mosque activities.



KH. Karyudi Muhammad expressed deep gratitude to NHM President Director Haji Robert Nitiyudo Wachjo for supporting the initiative by providing facilities and resources.

Haji Karnadi, Chair of Al Hidayah Mosque in Kamal Muara, commended the training for its impactful content and praised the exemplary organization of Baitul Ridwan Mosque.



“This training has offered us invaluable new insights. The structure and management of Baitul Ridwan Mosque are inspiring and set a high standard for other mosques, particularly in Penjaringan. The guidebook provided will also allow us to share this knowledge with others who couldn’t attend,” Karnadi stated.

Harry Salman, Chair of the Baitul Ridwan Mosque Management, highlighted the importance of the program in improving mosque management practices.

“This initiative is both engaging and highly beneficial. Under the guidance of Mr. Haji’s vision, we aim to share knowledge and contribute to enhancing mosque management in the surrounding areas,” Harry explained.

He also extended his appreciation to the team responsible for organizing the event, noting its smooth and successful execution.
