Gosowong Primary Clinic at NHM Achieves “Primary” Rank Accreditation
The Gosowong Primary Clinic of PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals (NHM) has officially received accreditation with the prestigious “Primary” rank from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkes RI). This certification, granted by the Primary Health Care Facility Accreditation Agency (LAFKESPRI)—an institution appointed by Kemenkes RI—is valid from November 1, 2024, to November 1, 2029.
The accreditation process commenced on October 31, 2024, in the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Department meeting room. It was led by the Deputy Manager of OHS, Ir. Era Setiawan, and supported by Senior Supervisor of Government Relations & Permitting, Harnevar Piga. The opening session featured a comprehensive presentation by the Clinic’s Person in Charge, Dr. Herdiansyah Saputra, along with the Medical Team. This was followed by a temporary handover of clinic leadership to the Accreditation Survey Team Leader, Dr. Naomi Priscilla Tampubolon, for the duration of the two-day accreditation process.
During the survey, the accreditation team conducted a thorough review of the clinic’s facilities, verifying compliance with the standards outlined in the Online Health Facility Data (DFO) system and the Accreditation Elements for Clinics. The process included document verification, ensuring administrative completeness, and direct confirmation with both medical staff and patients at the Gosowong Clinic.
Dr. Kuncoro, commonly known as Dokun and the OHS Manager, emphasized that this achievement underscores the Gosowong Primary Clinic’s unwavering commitment to adhering to the latest health regulations, specifically Permenkes No. 34 of 2022 and Health Ministerial Decree No. 1983 of 2022 on Clinic Accreditation Standards.
“The ‘Primary’ accreditation we received is a recognition by the Ministry of Health for the quality of our services, as mandated by Permenkes No. 34 of 2022. This milestone reflects our dedication to providing high-standard healthcare. I would like to extend my gratitude to the management for their unwavering support and to all teams who have worked tirelessly over the past 5-6 months to meet the accreditation requirements,” said Dokun.
Dr. Anggi Yantomi, Chair of the Gosowong Clinic Accreditation Team, echoed this sentiment, expressing deep appreciation for the collective effort that led to this accomplishment.
“With this accreditation, we are committed to continuously improving our services to ensure the highest level of health for NHM employees. We also express our heartfelt thanks to NHM Management and all related departments for their involvement in achieving this proud milestone,” said Dr. Anggi.
