Through its development in the social and cultural sectors, the company actively supports the availability of infrastructure and facilities for houses of worship, as well as participating in cultural and local wisdom preservation programs. NHM representatives in the field actively coordinate with local traditional institutions and leaders.

Another initiative in the social and cultural domains involves the preservation of the culture and traditions of the Empat Suku (Four Tribes) of Towiliko, Boeng, Modele, and Pagu. This program has been ongoing since 2019. The company recognizes that supporting the growth and development of these cultures will also safeguard and preserve the local wisdom inherent in the communities of these four tribes, who reside in the vicinity of the company’s operational area.

Additionally, the company actively promotes and facilitates support for social and community activities, including organizing celebrations for national holidays and various social events. These efforts are achieved through partnerships with district dialogue forum elements and engagement with the local communities residing in the mining ring area.
